Note: Strictly speaking, it's possible that a baby took this photograph or the like, and that baby lived to 100 years old, which would not be 70 years after the author's death (the usual Italian standard). It's been 70 years since the subject's death, though, and the subject was quite young in the photograph (17 years old - he was born in 1881), so this is 99.99999% likely to be PD. And it's definitely PD if it was an anonymous or truly unknown author's work, which is likely.
