The U.S. decision to support a United Nations sponsored no-fly zone and possibly other military actions in Libya comes as forces loyal to Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi threaten to defeat rebel opponents. VOA Correspondent Meredith Buel in Washington has more on what appears to be a change in U.S. policy.
