(Gjenbruk av denne filen)		 Korea was a Japanese protectorate in 1909, so the image qualifies public domain under Japanese law, since at that time much of Korea's laws were governed by Japan. However, South Korean law also presumably has a similar copyright law and also probably qualifies for public domain under South Korean law. The other public domain tag stating that the author died more than 70 years ago also probably qualifies for this image as well. (You may also place the South Korean public domain tag as well, if available.)

It is also in the public domain in the United States because its copyright in Japan expired by 1970 and was not restored by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act.
