De små Kykladene er et samlenavn på de greske øyene Donousa, Iraklia, Keros, Koufonisia, og Skhinousa og mange ubebodde øyer.
Navnet kommer av at de relativt små øyene ligger samlet (med unntak for Donousa) mellom de store øyene Naxos, Amorgos og Santorini i øygruppen Kykladene i det sørlige egeerhavet. Øyene ligger et stykke fra fleste større øyene i Kykladene, men er likevel populære turistdestinasjoner. Det går både store og små båter fra Pireus ved Athen via en rekke andre øyer, med direkterute til Naxos. Det administrative senteret er Koufonisi by.
