'''Falls Festival''' er en musikkfestival som holdes hvert år rundt nyttår i [[Marion Bay (Tasmania)|Marion Bay]] på [[Tasmania]] og i [[Lorne (Victoria)|Lorne]] i [[Victoria (Australia)|Victoria]] i [[Australia]]. Festivalen går over tre dager, fra [[29. desember]] til [[1. januar]] hvert år. De største artistene spiller som regel den [[30. desember|30.]] og [[31. desember]]. Festivalen på Tasmania og festivalen i Victoria arrangeres samtidig og med de samme artistene.

Festivalen ble første gang avholdt i Lorne i Victoria i [[1993]] som en mindre én-dags-konsert, da kjent som '''Rock Above The Falls'''. Konserten trakk over 11 000 tilhørere, langt mer enn hva arrangørene hadde forventet. Man gikk derfor raskt i gang med å forhandle med bønder i området om å få bruke av deres grunn til arrangementet.

I [[1995]] ble festivalen for første gang holdt over to dager og i [[1996]] endret man navnet til ''The Falls Festival''. Festivalen i [[1999]] var den første som ble holdt utenfor Lorne, den ble da midlertidig flyttet til [[Torquay (Victoria)|Torquay]].

I [[2003]] avholdt man for første gang to utgaver samtidig; én i Lorne og én i Marion Bay på Tasmania. De samme artistene spilte på begge utgavene. Artistene som spilte i Lorne 30. desember, spilte i Marion Bay 31. desember og omvendt. Alle etterfølgende festivaler fulgte dette formatet.

På grunn av arrangementets lengde bringer publikum ofte med seg telt til festivalen. Mange av artistene som opptrer på Fall Festival spiller innen blues – og folksjangeren, men rock, hiphop og elektronika er også representert.
