De første kvartfinalene spilles 26. juni og finalen spilles på [[Wembley Stadium]] i [[London]] 11. juli 2021. De to beste lagene fra hver gruppe, samt de 4 beste tredjelagene går videre til sluttspillet, som blir spilt i en [[Cup|enkel eliminering]] hvor tre utslagsrunder bestemte hvilke to lag som skal møte hverandre i finalen.
